Sunday's are for Family!
Growing up Sunday's were for family. I remember gathering at either our home or my Aunts for family dinners. These were special days. The shopping malls were closed and the sporting events for children were during the week or on Saturday. Sunday's were spent at church than with family.
Over the years, the shopping malls opened on Sunday and the children's sporting events filled the day. Gone are the leisurely days to spend with family, read a book or just relax at home. I miss spending time with family. But through the years one thing remains constant...Family is Love!
I hope you had a wonderful Sunday!

Bradykin and Cradles to Crayons!
Matt, Megan and I make an
effort to volunteer at Boston-based Cradles to Crayons, which was founded in
2002. The mission of the organization involves
providing children from birth to age twelve that live in a homeless or low
income situations—with the essential items they need to thrive at home, at school,
and at play http://cradlestocrayons.org.
Thank you!

A Birthday Tradition
Hello my new friend,
The day you were born is special and should be celebrated in a unique way. Lots of families have birthday traditions, and I would like to share my family's birthday tradition with you.
Our tradition began when my daughter, Megan, was ten years old. All she ever wanted for her birthday was a puppy. But every year, her birthday would come and go--with no puppy.
When her birthday wish finally came true, she was delighted. For her tenth birthday, she received Bradykin, the magical Coton de Tulear, as a present. As you can imagine, it was her favorite birthday present that year.
This year, a thoughtful person purchased Bradykin for you to celebrate your special birthday, just like Megan. Please be sure to whisper your birthday wish to Bradykin, and then, you can do the same every year. Now you have a wonderful birthday tradition!
I hope you enjoy the book and make Bradykin a part of your family's annual birthday traditions.
Wishing you a magical birthday,
Susan
